Police are investigating the fatal shooting of 24-year-old Kadeem Scantlebury of Grazettes, St. Michael. The incident occurred last night (Feb 27) on Jackman Road, Wavell Avenue, Black Rock, where Scantlebury was shot while standing outside a house. Neighbors rushed him to the Queen Elizabeth Hospital, but he later succumbed to his injuries. Authorities are urging anyone with information to contact the Black Rock Police Station or Crime Stoppers.
