66-year-old Jeffrey Barrow was beaten and robbed this afternoon on Belmont Road, St. Michael. He sustained multiple injuries and is currently in stable condition at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital. Videos circulating show him being attacked and robbed by an assailant who fled with an undisclosed amount of cash. Residents say Barrow had just left the credit union before the incident.
