Worker Stabbed in Attack at Abandoned Bridgetown Building

Two workers entered the abandoned Massy Complex on Bridge Road, Bridgetown, around 1:20 p.m., July 3rd, when one of them was attacked by a man believed to be squatting inside the building. During the confrontation, the worker was stabbed and bitten, while the alleged assailant was also injured. Both were transported to the Queen Elizabeth Hospital for treatment. The worker described the incident to the press, stating he had to defend himself with a rock after being unexpectedly attacked.
