The police at District ‘C’ Station, are conducting investigations into a shooting which occurred along Merricks, St. Philip, on Wednesday 17th December 2025, about 2:25pm.
CIRCUMSTANCES:
Initial investigations have shown that a group of persons were socializing outside of a business establishment, when a motor car approached. The occupants of that motor car discharged a number of gunshots before driving away from the area. One (1) 25 year old male received injuries and was transported to the Queen Elizabeth Hospital by ambulance personnel, where he is receiving medical treatment.
Investigations are continuing into this matter.
