CBC Barbados posted the following to their website today (April 30):
“Police are conducting investigations into an alleged drugging and abduction.
In a three-minute video that has gone viral on social media, a woman is seen relating her experience with two men, whom she said she met while on holiday to the island.
Responding to queries on the matter, Police Communications and Public Affairs Officer, Acting Inspector Ryan Brathwaite, says they are aware of the matter and are conducting their own investigations.”
As you can see from the original CBC article, there are no links to the original video (the image on CBC’s web page is a still image), nor is there any information as to when the incident took place.
After some careful viewing of one the videos on YouTube, I managed to locate her TikTok page. On it, there are other videos relating to this incident including images of police reports (viewer discretion is advised). It appears that the incident took place between 16th and 17th.
