A man was fatally shot near a funeral home in Bush Hall, St. Michael, just after viewing his deceased brother’s body. Two men reportedly exited a vehicle and opened fire, striking the victim multiple times. Despite emergency medical efforts, he later died, becoming Barbados’ 28th homicide for the year. Police investigations are ongoing.

June 28 EDIT: I have edited this post to reflect new developments. The victim of the funeral home shooting is actually #28. A few days prior what appeared to be a hit and run involving a motor cyclist is actually now a homicide investigation. See here for details.
